1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to "From Stuck to Strong" (the "Course") offered through bootyandbrains.co (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Course and Squat Squad community. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. COURSE ACCESS AND DURATION
2.1 The Course consists of pre-recorded content.
2.2 Purchase of the Course also includes thirty (30) days of access to the Squat Squad community which features live asynchronous chat.
2.3 Your access to both the Course content and the Squat Squad community will expire thirty (30) days after your initial Course start date, unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 The Course is available for a one-time payment of $127.00 USD.
3.2 All payments must be made through our designated payment processor on the Website.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your Course start date.

4.3 After the 7-day period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued.
5. USER CONDUCT
5.1 When participating in the Squat Squad community, you agree to:
- Respect other community members
- Refrain from posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Not engage in spamming, solicitation, or harassment
- Not share your login credentials with others
5.2 We reserve the right to remove any community member who violates these conduct guidelines without refund.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 All Course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and exercises, is the property of bootyandbrains.co and is protected by United States copyright laws.
6.2 Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
6.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works of the Course content without express written permission.
7. PRIVACY POLICY

11. TERMINATION
